Checking the system status
Is it you or us? The status page shows whether a problem is known or maintenance is under way right now.
At the bottom of every proxy page you'll find the "System status" link. It leads to https://status.netvaer.com.
What it shows
- whether all of Netvaer's services are running,
- whether a problem is known and being worked on,
- whether maintenance is planned or under way.
When it's worth a look
Especially for these errors: 502 ("Bad gateway"), 503 ("Maintenance", "Unavailable", "No server"), 504 ("Timeout") and 500 ("Internal error"). If an incident is listed, there's nothing more for you to do. The team already knows. Try again later.
If everything is green and the error persists, report it with the Trace ID.
