The check page keeps coming back

You passed the check but keep seeing it again? It's usually down to cookies, a changing internet address or the browser.

After you pass the check, your browser stores a pass as a cookie. It's valid for this website, this browser and your internet address, for 30 minutes by default. If the check page keeps coming back, it's almost always one of these.

Common causes

  • Cookies are blocked or deleted. Allow cookies for this website. Some privacy extensions delete them right away.
  • Your internet address changes. This happens when you switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, on its own on some mobile networks, or with a VPN that rotates addresses.
  • Private window or a different browser. The pass doesn't apply there, so you're checked again.
  • The time is up. After the pass expires, the check comes back.
  • Many pages in a short time. A very high number of page loads per minute, or a perfectly even rhythm, looks like a program. In that case the proxy withdraws the pass.

What helps

  1. Allow cookies for the website.
  2. Turn off your VPN as a test.
  3. Stay in the same, regular browser window.

If none of this helps, contact the operator of the website with the Trace ID.
